Registered Channel is a bookmark for convenient access of my favorite Channels.

When you upload do you get the “Video cannot play due to file error.” message?
These are the reasons when encoding problems are related with file error.
1. Issues with video frame rate
Videos are made up of numerous continuous frames.
During encoding, if one frame is corrupted, it will automatically stop the encoding process.
In this case, you must recover the corrupted frame and try again.
2. No audio source in video
Video files that doesn’t have audio source (not muted files) cannot be encoded.
Every video is made up of audio source and video source, so if there is no audio source, there will be a problem
during the encoding process.
3. Not a video file
Videos files that are not converted but only had the extension name changed and non-video related files are not
video files. For example, if you change video.exe to video.wmv it doesn’t’ mean that video.wmv is a true video
file. Also asx, wmx, wvx are links to a video file and not the video file itself.
4. No Codec
Pandora TV’s server encoder supports every major video file format by supplying numerous codecs.
But there can be a missing codec at times, which can lead to encoding issues.
In this case, Pandora TV will research the issue and will make the missing codec available as soon as possible.

When there are heavy traffic uploading videos at the same time in Pandora TV, there can be a server overload preventing video uploads temporarily.
In this case, please try to upload after a couple of minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
